He would be good for any level rider once he gets over his little issues that are ground related . His issues are : Can be hard to catch : He will back up from you ,however with some treats he is getting a lot better at coming to you Noble sometimes does not like his face touched however with some treats he is being much respective. Other than that he is a great horse!
